Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 26, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digital products, subscriptions, memberships, artificial intelligence tools, educational content, and related services offered by Victory Insured Inc., including products and services offered through Victory Institute.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and services and the immediate access provided to proprietary materials, technology, educational resources, and/or subscription features, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Once access to a purchased product, membership, subscription, platform, AI tool, course, or other digital service has been provided, Victory does not provide refunds for that purchase.

This includes requests based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to use the product or service

  • Lack of time to use the service

  • Failure to complete educational content

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference

  • Purchasing and later deciding the service is no longer needed

  • Failure to cancel before a recurring billing date

Not using your account does not constitute cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing during the next billing cycle.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, canceling your subscription does not result in a refund or prorated refund for the current billing period.

You will generally continue to have access to the subscription through the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.

Example

If your subscription renews on October 15 and you cancel on October 5:

  • Your subscription will not renew on October 15.

  • You may continue using the service through October 14.

If your subscription renews on October 15 and you cancel on October 16:

  • The October 15 payment is not automatically refunded.

  • Your cancellation will prevent the next scheduled renewal.

3. How to Cancel

Subscriptions must be canceled using the cancellation option available through your account, subscription-management page, or by contacting Victory through our designated customer-service channel.

Simply:

  • Stopping use of the platform

  • Deleting an application

  • Removing saved payment information where technically possible

  • Not logging into your account

  • Sending a message through an unrelated communication channel does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Users are responsible for confirming that a cancellation has been successfully processed.

4. Recurring Billing

By enrolling in a recurring subscription, you authorize Victory and its payment-processing providers to charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency disclosed at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next applicable renewal charge.

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if they do not want the subscription to renew.

5. No Partial or Prorated Refunds

Victory does not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

For example, if you cancel halfway through a monthly billing period, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of that month.

Your access may remain available through the end of the paid billing period.

6. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Purchases made using:

  • Promotional codes

  • Introductory pricing

  • Founding-member pricing

  • Discounts

  • Special offers

remain subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.

7. Third-Party Financing and Payment Services

Some Victory products may be purchased using third-party payment or financing providers.

These may include services such as payment-installment providers or digital wallets.

Your use of those providers may also be subject to their separate terms, financing agreements, dispute procedures, and payment obligations.

Cancellation of access to a Victory service does not necessarily cancel or modify a separate financing agreement you entered into with a third-party provider.

Any refund that Victory is legally required or expressly agrees to issue will be processed according to the applicable payment provider's procedures.

8. Technical Issues

Temporary technical problems, maintenance periods, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

If you experience difficulty accessing something you purchased, please contact customer support so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

If Victory determines that a customer has been materially unable to access a purchased service because of an issue under Victory's control, Victory may determine an appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis.

That remedy may include restoring access, extending access, issuing account credit, or another appropriate resolution.

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were:

  • Charged twice for the same transaction

  • Charged after a properly completed cancellation

  • Charged an incorrect amount

  • Charged because of an identifiable billing error please contact Victory promptly.

Verified billing errors are different from refund requests and will be investigated and corrected when appropriate.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact Victory customer support regarding billing questions or suspected billing errors before initiating a payment dispute.

Initiating a payment dispute does not automatically establish that a charge was unauthorized or refundable.

Victory reserves the right to provide the applicable payment processor or financial institution with records concerning the transaction, including applicable purchase records, subscription information, access records, cancellation records, and acceptance of applicable policies.

11. Exceptional Circumstances

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Victory may also choose, in its sole discretion, to provide a refund, credit, extension, or other accommodation in an exceptional circumstance.

Providing an exception in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.

12. Changes to This Policy

Victory may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date.

Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and the terms governing the applicable purchase or subscription.
