Victory Insured Inc. Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 26, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, portals, educational materials, artificial intelligence tools, subscription products, digital products, and related services provided by Victory Insured Inc. (“Victory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including services offered through the Victory Institute platform.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the platform, or using any Victory service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or use the services.

1. Our Services

Victory provides career education, claims-industry education, professional development resources, artificial intelligence tools, digital training, and related services.

Some services may include access to an AI-powered career advisor designed to provide educational information related to topics such as:

  • Claims adjusting and the claims industry

  • Claims career paths and specialties

  • Career positioning

  • Transferable skills

  • Professional experience analysis

  • Claims logic

  • Career development

  • Job-description analysis

  • Career readiness

  • Claims licensing education

  • Industry terminology and practices

The specific services available to you depend on the product, membership, or subscription you purchase.

Features may be added, modified, replaced, or discontinued as the platform develops.

2. Educational Purpose Only

Victory's services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided through our platform constitutes legal, tax, financial, insurance, employment, human-resources, or other regulated professional advice.

Victory does not act as:

  • Your attorney

  • Your insurance carrier

  • Your employer

  • Your insurance agent or broker

  • Your claims representative on an actual insurance claim

  • A governmental licensing authority

  • A guarantee of employment or income

Users are responsible for independently evaluating information before making professional, financial, licensing, employment, or business decisions.

3. AI-Generated Information

Certain Victory products use artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, explanations, analyses, or educational guidance.

AI systems can make mistakes.

Information generated through Victory AI may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a user's individual circumstances.

You should not rely on AI-generated information as the sole basis for an important professional, licensing, financial, employment, legal, or business decision.

Victory may use proprietary instructions, methodologies, educational materials, external technology providers, and other information sources to generate AI responses.

Use of artificial intelligence does not create a professional, fiduciary, legal, employment, or advisory relationship between you and Victory.

4. Claims and Case Information

Victory AI is an educational career-development tool and is not intended to handle actual insurance claims.

Users should not submit:

  • Claimant personally identifiable information

  • Policy numbers

  • Social Security numbers

  • Medical records

  • Protected health information

  • Financial account numbers

  • Confidential carrier information

  • Confidential employer information

  • Proprietary claim files

  • Non-public litigation materials

  • Information subject to confidentiality agreements

  • Personally identifiable information belonging to another person

Victory may remove content or restrict an account if prohibited or sensitive information is submitted.

5. Licensing Information

Claims-adjuster licensing requirements, reciprocity rules, continuing education requirements, fees, fingerprinting requirements, appointment requirements, and other regulatory rules may change.

While Victory may provide licensing education and general information, users are responsible for verifying current requirements directly with the applicable state insurance department or regulatory authority before acting. Victory does not guarantee that licensing information provided through educational materials or artificial intelligence tools remains current at all times.

6. No Employment or Income Guarantee

Victory does not guarantee:

  • Employment

  • Interviews

  • Job offers

  • Job placement

  • Promotions

  • Specific salaries

  • Specific income

  • Independent-adjuster assignments

  • Catastrophe deployments

  • Carrier roster placement

  • Business revenue

  • Career advancement

Any examples of salaries, compensation, fee schedules, day rates, earnings, career outcomes, or business results are provided for educational purposes only.

Actual outcomes vary substantially based on factors including experience, qualifications, licenses, geographic location, market conditions, employer requirements, performance, networking, economic conditions, and individual effort.

7. Career Recommendations

Career recommendations generated by Victory AI are educational assessments based on information supplied by the user and information available to the system.

Recommendations such as potential career lanes, claims specialties, transferable skills, professional strengths, gaps, or potential career paths should not be interpreted as guarantees that a user qualifies for a particular role or will obtain employment. Employers independently determine their own hiring requirements.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain Victory products are offered as recurring subscriptions.

The current subscription price, billing frequency, and applicable benefits will be displayed at checkout.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Victory and its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel.

Subscription prices may change in the future. Any price changes applicable to an existing subscription will be communicated as required before the new price becomes effective. Taxes may be added where required.

9. Automatic Renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next billing date.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next scheduled charge if you do not wish to continue the service.

Canceling your subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already charged.

Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

10. Cancellation

Users may cancel an eligible recurring subscription through the cancellation method available inside their account or by contacting Victory through the customer-service method identified on the website.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date. Removing an application, failing to use the platform, or discontinuing use of the service does not constitute cancellation.

11. Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are subject to Victory's separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Except where required by law or specifically stated in the Refund Policy, subscription payments are not automatically refundable merely because a user did not access or use the service during a billing period.

12. Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Your account is intended for your individual use unless a particular Victory product expressly permits multiple users.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Sell account access

  • Allow unauthorized users to access paid materials

  • Circumvent subscription restrictions

  • Attempt to bypass platform security

  • Scrape or mass-download protected content

  • Reverse engineer Victory systems

  • Use automated systems to extract Victory's proprietary materials

Victory may suspend or terminate accounts associated with unauthorized access or misuse.

13. Acceptable Use of Victory AI

Victory AI may not be used to:

  • Facilitate fraud

  • Submit false insurance claims

  • Manipulate actual insurance claims

  • Obtain instructions for illegal activity

  • Impersonate another person

  • Generate fraudulent credentials or experience

  • Misrepresent qualifications to employers

  • Upload confidential claim files

  • Violate another person's privacy

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to obtain Victory's internal prompts, system instructions, security controls, or proprietary source materials

Victory may limit or terminate access when misuse is detected.

14. Intellectual Property

Victory's platform and educational materials may include proprietary intellectual property such as:

  • The Victory Method

  • Claims Logic frameworks

  • Career-positioning frameworks

  • Training materials

  • Worksheets

  • Videos

  • Curriculum

  • Career maps

  • Prompt structures

  • AI workflows

  • Exercises

  • Templates

  • Written content

  • Software

  • Branding

  • Graphics

  • Databases

  • Proprietary methodologies

Unless expressly authorized in writing, purchasing a membership or subscription provides you with a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own educational purposes. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of Victory's intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, teach, sublicense, commercially exploit, copy, create competing training materials from, or otherwise distribute Victory's proprietary content without written permission.

15. AI Knowledge Base and Proprietary Methodology

Victory may train, configure, instruct, or supplement artificial intelligence systems using Victory's proprietary educational materials and methodologies.

Access to the AI system does not grant users ownership of or access to Victory's underlying:

  • Knowledge base

  • System prompts

  • Prompt architecture

  • Proprietary datasets

  • Methodologies

  • Training instructions

  • Internal software

  • Model configurations

Attempts to extract or reproduce these materials may result in termination of access.

16. User-Provided Information

Users may choose to provide information such as:

  • Employment history

  • Skills

  • Licenses

  • Career goals

  • Education

  • Resume information

  • Professional experience

  • Preferred roles

  • Salary goals

  • Career preferences

You retain ownership of information you submit.

You grant Victory permission to process that information as reasonably necessary to provide the services you request, including generating personalized AI responses, career analysis, recommendations, and saved career-profile features. How personal information is collected, stored, processed, or shared is further described in Victory's Privacy Policy.

17. Accuracy of User Information

The usefulness of career recommendations depends significantly on the information provided by the user.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information. Victory is not responsible for inaccurate recommendations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information supplied by a user.

18. Third-Party Technology

Victory may use third-party technology providers to operate portions of the platform, including services related to:

  • Artificial intelligence

  • Payment processing

  • Hosting

  • Email

  • Authentication

  • Data storage

  • Video

  • Analytics

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Victory does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

19. Platform Availability

We work to maintain reliable access to our services but cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption.

Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, security updates, software changes, hosting interruptions, third-party outages, or circumstances outside Victory's reasonable control.

20. Changes to the Service

Victory is continually developing its products.

We may modify:

  • Platform design

  • AI features

  • Models used

  • Educational content

  • Available tools

  • Membership benefits

  • Usage limits

  • Product names

  • Technical providers

Changes may be made when reasonably necessary to improve, maintain, secure, or develop the service.

21. Suspension or Termination

Victory may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when a user:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Misuses the AI system

  • Attempts to compromise platform security

  • Shares unauthorized access

  • Violates intellectual-property rights

  • Engages in fraudulent conduct

  • Fails to make required payments

  • Uses the platform unlawfully

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred before termination.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Victory is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the platform. Victory is not responsible for employment decisions made by third-party employers, regulatory decisions made by licensing authorities, carrier decisions, independent-adjusting firm decisions, or outcomes resulting from a user's reliance on educational or AI-generated information.

23. No Waiver

Failure by Victory to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

26. Changes to These Terms

Victory may update these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date and any additional notice required by applicable law.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
